If you cannot find the answer, contact me directly.
Consultation and cooperation
How do I book a consultation?
You can book by choosing a convenient date and time on the booking page, or by calling or writing to me directly. I will get in touch to confirm the meeting.
In which languages is a consultation available?
Consultations are available in Latvian, English and Russian.
What kinds of cases do you take on?
The core of the practice is representation in court and arbitration, tax cases and legal services to companies. I also advise private individuals - from divorce to real estate transactions.
Fees
How is the fee set?
The fee depends on the complexity and scope of the case. I agree it in writing before starting work, so there are no hidden costs.
Is the first consultation free of charge?
I do not offer a separate free consultation - every case gets my full attention from the very first meeting. On a pro bono basis, however, I consider cases whose outcome could be significant to the interpretation of legal provisions.
Confidentiality
Will my information remain confidential?
Yes. Confidentiality has a special role in my work, and an advocate is also bound by a statutory duty of confidentiality - everything you entrust to me stays between us.
