Litigation is not always the best solution - reaching an agreement often serves the client's interests better. When court cannot be avoided, I represent you at all levels of the Latvian court system.
In complex legal cases, a good strategy matters most. I represent clients in civil cases - both contentious claims and special-procedure matters - and often reach a settlement even in legally and economically complex cases.
First - an assessment of the prospects
Before filing a claim I assess the prospects and the likely costs. If an agreement serves you better, I negotiate with the same focus as I litigate - in many of my cases the settlement itself was the client's win.
