How I work
From assessment to resolution
A view from every side
I assess each case from different points of view - the client's, the lawyer's, the auditor's and the opponent's. That is what makes the prospects precise.
A plan and the fee
I prepare a plan of action and agree the fee in writing before starting work - no surprises.
Fast and focused
I follow legal developments closely and act while others are still deliberating - fast and to the point.
Settlement or judgment
I aim for the best achievable outcome. Confidentiality has a special role in my work.
Fees
The fee - clear and agreed
I set the fee individually depending on the complexity, scope and time a case requires - and always agree it in writing before starting work.
Fee informationPro Bono
Pro Bono and practical advice
I consider advising without reward in cases the outcome of which could be significant to the interpretation of legal provisions - including applications to the Constitutional Court of Latvia.
